About these terms

This website is operated by Safe Road Group, which comprises Safe Road Skill and Technology LLP, Varanasi, and four Safe Road Training and Testing Centers in Uttar Pradesh. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What the site is for

This website describes the training programmes the group conducts and how to enquire about them. It is an information and enquiry service. Nothing on it is an offer of admission, a guarantee of a place on a course, or a quotation of fees.

Accuracy of the information

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate. Course durations, syllabus content, eligibility criteria and certification outcomes are described as prescribed under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 as they stood when the page was last updated. These rules, and the requirements of the State Transport Authority and the licensing authority, may change.

Fees, batch dates and the availability of a course at a particular centre are confirmed at the time of enrolment and are not fixed by anything published here.

Where a centre is shown as under construction, it is not yet conducting courses.

Certification and licensing

Completing a course with us does not by itself grant a driving licence. A driving licence is issued by the licensing authority, and a hazardous goods endorsement is made by the concerned State Transport Department. What we issue is the training certificate, and where applicable Form 5B, on successful completion of the course and its assessment.

Successful completion requires meeting the attendance and assessment requirements of the course. We do not guarantee that any candidate will pass.

Enquiries you send us

When you submit an enquiry or an application through this site, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We use it as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract between us. Any training is subject to the terms agreed at the time of enrolment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or impair it.
• Submit false information, or another person's information without their permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
• Copy, reproduce or republish the content of this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The text, images, layout and design of this site belong to Safe Road Group unless stated otherwise. Third-party names and marks shown on this site, including those of client organisations, belong to their respective owners and are used to identify them only.

Links to other sites

This site may link to government portals and other external sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Limitation of liability

We provide this website on an 'as is' basis. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
